Shipping Information

We work from Tuesday to Saturday and will always try to pack and ship your order within 2 business days. 

We offer shipping via Pakajo. Pakajo is a broker alwas picking the cheapest carrier available at the day of your order. If you order regularly from us, chances are that you sometimes get your records delivered by someone in brown Dickies, sometimes from someone wearing yellow clothes. If you only want to be delivered by a certain carrier, let us know, we will pick that one for you. Did somebody say "Packstation"?

Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge these rates per order:
Magazines • 2.50 EUR
Up to 5 kg • 7 EUR
Up to 10 kg • 10 EUR

Please ensure accurate delivery address information and accessibility for package acceptance. If a package is returned to us due to any of the reasons mentioned, we will unfortunately have to charge you 10.00 EUR for re-delivery and return costs.

 

Shipping to United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway

For deliveries to these countries we charge these rates per order: 

Up to 1 kg • 16 EUR
Up to 3 kg • 18 EUR
Up to 5 kg • 21.50 EUR
Up to 8 kg • 25 EUR

Shipping to USA, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico

For deliveries to these countries we charge these rates per order: 

Up to 1 kg • 18 EUR
Up to 3 kg • 34 EUR
Up to 5 kg • 37 EUR

Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Monaco 

For deliveries to these countries we charge these rates per order:

Up to 8 kg • 18.50 EUR

Rest Of The World - Shipping

Postage costs for international shipping can be easily viewed during your order in the shopping cart. They vary depending on the carrier, size, and weight, varying from country to country.

Pick Up At Cruise Records 

You also have the option to order online and then pick up your order directly from our store located at Cruise Records, Seilerstr. 56, 20359 Hamburg St Pauli. This option is for free of course. 

If you pay for the order online, we will reserve the item for you until pickup and let you know by email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
